Charles Leitch is an attorney at Patterson Buchanan Fobes Leitch & Kalzer, Inc., P.S. His practice focuses on representation of schools. Mr. Leitch also provides training on bullying prevention and response and technology supervision worldwide, including presentation formats for students and parents, law enforcement, and school staff. He is a member of multiple work groups and advisory boards on technology supervision. Prior to his civil practice, he served as a prosecutor.
